Two Offshore Marine (Thailand) Ltd. is a Thailand-incorporated offshore marine and ship management services company supporting upstream oil & gas and offshore energy operations.
The company was established to operate as a Thailand-based offshore marine platform, combining local corporate governance, regulatory accountability, and executive decision-making with the ability to operate and deploy offshore vessels through a regional joint-venture fleet.
Our operating model ensures offshore projects are supported by fit-for-purpose vessels and experienced operational teams, while accountability for safety, compliance, and execution remains firmly embedded within Thailand.

Two Offshore Marine (Thailand) Ltd. is director-led, with operational accountability sitting at executive level. The company’s leadership brings deep, hands-on experience across offshore marine operations, ship management, port operations, HSSE governance, and corporate compliance within Thailand.
This leadership structure ensures that offshore operations are not managed remotely, but are planned, supervised, and governed locally, in accordance with Thai maritime regulations and offshore oil & gas HSE expectations.

Mr. Goanpon Chongsanguan is a senior maritime executive with over 13 years of experience supporting marine and offshore operations in Thailand. His background includes extensive exposure to Thailand-based ship management, port operations, and commercial shipping activities operating under Thai and international regulatory frameworks.
In his capacity as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO) for the Thailand operation, he provides executive-level oversight of:
- Safety Management Systems (ISM)
- Marine risk assessment and Management of Change (MOC)
- Statutory compliance and maritime security
His role ensures alignment with Thai maritime regulations, Port State Control (Thailand), and offshore oil & gas HSSE expectations, including those applicable to national oil company operations.
Mr. Goanpon brings practical, hands-on leadership to Thailand’s port and marine operating environment, with a strong focus on risk-based decision-making, incident prevention, and compliance-driven execution, supporting safe and reliable offshore marine operations.

Ms. Rungrat Siriarchariyakul is a Thai finance and business leader recognised for her entrepreneurial leadership within Thailand’s accounting and financial governance sectors.
She brings over 25 years of professional experience supporting organisations operating in regulated, compliance-driven, and capital-intensive environments in Thailand. Her expertise includes:
- Financial governance and internal control frameworks
- Audit-based financial management and reporting environments
- Statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance in Thailand
- Risk-focused financial planning and budgeting
- International investor and stakeholder management
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Rungrat is responsible for financial governance, budgeting and financial planning, internal controls, and oversight of corporate financial integrity. She ensures compliance with Thailand’s statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting long-term sustainability, investor confidence, and stakeholder trust.
Her background reinforces the company’s commitment to transparency, compliance discipline, and responsible financial management, which are essential for sustained operations within Thailand’s offshore oil & gas and energy ecosystem.

Mr. Thitikorn Tumrongwisawa
Operation Supervisor
Marine professional with over 13 years of sea-going and shore-based experience, supporting offshore support vessels, general cargo, and bulk carriers. Experienced in port operations, cargo supervision, anchor handling support, and coordination with agents, stevedores, and surveyors to ensure safe and efficient vessel turnaround.
Mr. Saruj Yusomsuk
Technical Superintendent
Marine engineer with over 10 years of experience in vessel maintenance, drydocking, and class compliance. Responsible for planned maintenance systems, technical condition of vessels, and statutory requirements, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable offshore operations.
